2020 The ‚Improvisations‘ collection translates and transcribes an impulsive performance that happens between the maker and the material. The extreme weight of the glass and its inherent physical properties challenge the glassblower, evoking spontane- ous and unforeseen reactions. At the same time, these sudden movements affect the shape of the piece, eventually mirroring the creative dialogue between the maker and the glass.
